Idea's for RPing: Perhaps you come up with some sort of new and more potent fear toxin and turn it into a drug to sell on the streets. I come and stop you, of course. Just something to get us started off.

Idea's for RPing: Well Since you and Bats are looking into a plot revolving around fear toxin, and scaring people is one of my hobbies (witha code name like that who wouldn't be) I offer my assistance to the project as a genetic scientist , chemistry partner, and otherwise Trouble Maker.
Other: As A Meta and one of his few *gasp* friends. I would think she'd be more than happy to keep him from being caught by said Batman or the very least making sure he gets away. >.>. Though I'll follow suit in what ever you guys want to do.

And I enjoy this idea. Would be alot easier to make it into a drug then a weaponized hallucinagen.
