Knight in Gotham Plot
After the earthquake that nearly leveled Gotham City, James Gordan, also know as the new Commissioner and his law enforcement were devastated by the loss of over half there brave men and women. Now weakened and vulnerable there fight against the villains of Gotham is more daunting than ever. With the city in desperate need, the only help in sight were the Hero's of Gotham. Batman along with countless others kept the streets safe. The crime spilled over into the cities churches and an organization call Father Christian Sounder's Ark Project refugee center. The Ark Project was a focal point for people of all denominations to join with others to weather the storm that had befallen Gotham.
The Joker, among others targeted the growing organization aiming to take down the heart of the city. He had already succeeded in the destruction of Harvey Dent, now known at Two Face. He poked and prodded Father Christians refugees until a viscous three way gunfight broke out between, The Joker and his accomplishes one being Harley Quinn, and Commissioner Gordon/ the police force. As a result lives were lost and Harley Quinn was taken into custody, to be immediately returned to Arkham Asylum.
Now, months later with the help of billionaire Lex Luther and Lex Corp, much of Gotham has been rebuilt. The city is once again functioning, if not fully, than at least well enough to draw the majority or its citizens back. Ruined buildings have been removed and new structures erected in their place. The once darkened streets of Gotham have been replace with fluorescent-lit canyons of concrete and steel. But not everything will remain this way with The Jokers newest evil plan in the making.
