Anger is something that comes out easier than any other emotion in Bruce, espeacially when he's in costume. As Batman, he's able to let out all his frustration with the things he sees wrong with the world. He does it not because it's a realease, but because it seems noone else is fit enough to save Gotham City from all he corruption, crime, and scum that has made it the worst city in America.

History:
Growing up with Thomas and Martha Wayne was a blessing for young Bruce. Living up in the Palisades for his entire existence made Bruce a spoiled child. Everytime he'd fall, he had his father there to help pick him up and his mother to help nurse and mend any wounds that he may have sustained physically or mentally. His greatest and only childhood friend growing up was Rachel Dawes. Together, they'd run through the courtyards of Wayne Manor, playing tag and hide and seek. It was during one of their games that Bruce fell into a den of bats. He's developed a fear of them ever since.
His life was changed, however when Bruce's parents were gunned down by a mugger, named Joe Chill. Bruce was obviously devastated by this and was never the same. He'd grown up to be a bitter child, who kept to himself even more than he'd done before. Eventuall, Bruce went off to study at Princeton, before returning to Gotham to attend the trial of Joe Chill. His plan was to kill him, but a hired gun of crime boss Carmine Falcone did the job for him. Bruce later on went to confront Falcone after his childhood friend, Rachel Dawes told him about how he poisoned Gotham. Bruce was disgusted at how men like him were allowed to corrupt what could potentially be a great city.
He later went out around the world to study the criminal mind, becoming one himself for a time. This later landed him in jail, somewhere near Nepal. It was in his jail cell that he met Henri Ducard, a member of the League of Shadows. He was invited to join the League, which Bruce accepted. Bruce was taught how to overcome his fears, as well as various forms of martial arts. It was discovered later on by Wayne that the League of Shadows believed in killing criminals that they battled against, while Bruce didn't. They parted ways in a violent fight. Bruce saved Henri Ducard, however and left for America.
Upon his return, Bruce thought up of a way to stop the criminals that were tearing Gotham's streets apart. He became Batman, using his own fear against those that prey on the fearful. He cleaned up the streets rather quickly, however his greatest challenge came from his old mentor, Ra's Al Ghul, who had posed as Henri Ducard during his time with the League. After discovering that he and Johnathan Crane were poisoning Gotham's water supply with a deadly fear toxin, Batman managed to stop them with the help of Lieutenant James Gordon and Lucius Fox.
Things never got easy afterwards, though. It was also around this time that Bruce fell in love with Rachel Dawes. She told him, however that they couldn't be together as long as Gotham needed Batman. He'd also later find his opposite in the Joker, who turned Gotham City inside out in an attempt to destroy Batman and Gotham out of some twisted sense of morality. It was also around this time that he lost Rachel to an explosion, all because of the Joker. It was apparent at that moment that there was someone on the planet who was his exact opposite....It was apparent...That they were meant to clash forever....

Black Mask was right about one thing and wrong about the other. Batman had lost this battle, but he most most certainly hadn't lost the war. Whatever it was that Sionis was planning when he took whatever prisoner he took could still be stopped before things got serious. And if it got serious, then Batman was sure he'd be able to to make things right before the absolute end of things.
When it came to Batman, there was never a total loss.
Black Mask was lying to himself if he truly believed it.
The Dark Knight's senses were on high alert. He'd already been a bit winded when fighting the fake Black Mask, but he still had enough energy to think properly. Seeing the pipe flying towards him, Batman managed to block it with his wrist, which was covered by his gauntlet. He felt a little pain, but his suit managed to stop any true damage from happening, just like the blow to his back. He made good use of both his hands, though. On the ground, a small explosive could be seen rolling across the ground.
Batman dashed down the tunnel, knowing that Black Mask would go the other way.
He didn't kill. And he was sure Sionis was far too observant to be caught off guard by the grenade. Bruce needed to keep Black Mask out of jail for a while to see what he was planning. Let him think things were all going his way.
Batman soon disappeared down the tunnel...He'd lost the battle...
But the war was just beginning.
What can your character do to enhance our site, and how will it be included in the plot/story. Please think carefully and remember, know Mary sues etc. Even the superheros have faults. This part of the application is very important as we only want the best role players join our site.
I've played Batman a great many times and one thing I've noticed is that he's easier than nearly any other character to get dramatic with. I guess pretty much what I have to offer is that extra bit of emotion that is SUPPOSED to come from Batman. Anytime you've ever read a comic with Batman in it, you're supposed to be able to feel his pain every time he puts on the mask. So yeah...I'll bring that extra bit of drama.
